This burger from @bullyfoodtruck was so excellent. A perfectly seasoned patty with garlic aioli, picked onions, and picked. I could not really detect the brisket cracklings unless they were incorporated into the patty itself. Sweet brioche bun. There’s a new Taiwanese bubble tea and snack place on Whyte Ave. Chatime is huge and spacious. My regular size Taro bubble milk with pearls was the right size and taste. I finally tried A&W’s Beyond Meat burger. It lived up to what I’ve been reading, that it tastes almost just like a beef burger. The texture is lighter and softer than ground beef.
