The spinach and tomatoes were also piled high with mayo and dijon. I had hash browns as my side. My friend had the battered tofu bowl with sweet potato hash (it came with a side even though it was a rice dish). She said that was her favourite part of the meal. The tofu was good, and the veggies were cooked nicely.
