Brisket hash with potatoes, caramelized onions, micro greens, and two eggs added. For me, hash has to have eggs. The brisket is perfectly braised with quite a bit of fat. The greens add some lightness to the flavour. This is supposedly a small plate but the portion is quite hefty. (Not complaining.)
