Breakfast for Lunch: Smoked Salmon Waffle at OEB Breakfast

I don’t share food pics as often as I used to, but I feel a need to showcase the beauty of my lunch from OEB Breakfast. The Waffle and Laks (their spelling) was a mountain of smoked salmon atop a fresh Belgian waffle with micro greens and fried capers, and tzatziki sauce on the bottom - just a drizzle so it wasn’t overwhelming.
