View this post on Instagram Finally tried OEB Breakfast yesterday. The smoked salmon omelette was huge, with lots of salmon and top and the eggs absolutely loaded with capers. I often order smoked salmon dishes with capers, and there are maybe six of them. This was a salty delight. The potatoes were super crispy, and I would never have known they were twice fried in duck fat. They did not taste greasy or heavy at all. Overall a lovely brunch. #yeg #yegdt #yegfood #yegeats #brunch #yegfoodie #yegphotographer #yeggers A post shared by Paula E. Kirman (@livingsanctuary) on Jan 13, 2019 at 12:24pm PST
