I grabbed a bowl of pho at
Delicious Pho a couple of Saturdays ago after attending an event in the area. I decided to try the order with the medium steak (already tried and enjoyed) and brisket. I think next time I am going to go for the all-brisket option, because this is one of the few places that serves the brisket in the soup the way I really love it: long, lean, thin slices. It is a very comforting and meaty experience.
