No visit to Taste of Edmonton would be complete without dessert. This one was almost too cute to eat! Hong Kong Bakery's Chocolate Lava Cake was made in the shape of a mouse, the raspberry sorbet being the head, chocolate discs and pieces being the eyes and ears, and a cookie stick as a tail. The chocolate, pudding-filled cake was heated in a microwave before being plated and dusted lightly with icing sugar. Very decadent and delicious.
